Hammer Glamour (2013)

Thanks goes out to Jon over at Kitley's Krypt for pointing out that Marcus Hearn's documentary HAMMER GLAMOUR is available for viewing on YouTube.

The documentary, based on Hearn's book of the same name, is a light hearted look at many of the women who starred or co-starred in Hammer films. Clocking in at 42 minutes it is a brief and entertaining glimpse of the gorgeous women who played no small part in making Hammer Hammer. It covers the comedies but the emphasis is on the horror films. There are interviews with Vera Day, Martine Beswick, Madeline Smith, Valerie Leon, Caroline Munro and Jenny Hanley who shares a great story about her refusing to get nude for a film.
